The overall experience was good, but some staff members were not very friendly.

We found this hotel excellent value food very good and room clean and comfortable,staff very pleasant manager spoke very good english and helped with our french would use again.

Beds quite low a bit difficult as you get on in years

Our stay was en route to our holiday home in France and we stayed both there and back it was an ideal location for us. very good breakfasts!

The room was reasonably spacious and compact, complete with air conditioning and bunk beds. The food was delicious, and there was a great selection of dishes on the menu.

Friendly staff. Easy 24 hour system to get room key (+ staff on site all night if one encounters difficulty). Very close to the A13 motorway but yet far enough for hotel to be in a quiet location. Good quality for money.

The front door was not locked because lock did not work properly. Therefore, one does not feel completely safe until one gets to one's room as people could enter the hotel at any time and stay in the reception/dining room area and the corridors for the whole night.

It boasts easy, nice location short walk to a decent French, and Le Havre.

The staff were helpful with parking and the family room had climate control and foreign TV channels.

The buffet meal seemed overpriced if you didn't want to eat a lot - buffet starter was 12 Euros. If you opted for all 3 buffet courses then the value was better but you would have had to eat too much then! There was no bar open except during restaurant hours and there were no drink making facilities in the room. I would use it again because of the location but wouldn't recommend it for others except as a stop-over.

There are many things which I did not like about this hotel, and will be contacting you seperately with my comments.

Convenient location in an industrial area. The room offers good value and includes air conditioning, bunk beds, and a window that can be opened for fresh air. 🌬️

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the motorway with friendly staff and beautiful food in the restaurant.Also a late check in was a very welcome touch.

Hotel was located in a good position for the overnight stop we required. The staff were very obliging and the duty manager spoke good English if you needed it. The buffet in the restaurant was value for money but nothing special. We stayed here on both our otward nd return journey. We had a budget room on the way out which was compact but served its purpose. We upgraded to a comfort room on our return journey and this was well worth the extra cost - a far better room. The hotel was very clean in all areas. All in all a good value hotel for a stopover in a very convenient position.

Conveniently located near a motorway junction, with easy access to major roads, a big supermarket, and the route to Rouen and Le Mans. 🚗

Basic room that fit the purpose of our stay, just one overnight on our way to Noramndy. Very close to the highway but yet very quiet; breakfast was buffet/continental, not a big choice but sufficient enough for € 7.50 p/person.

Excellent hotel for stop-over convenient to motorway. Very good food and only short walk to town.
